A fact-check looks wrong

Open the claim, scroll to the bottom and tap "Report a problem". Reports go straight to us, and claims reported by several parents are taken out of the feed while we look again.

How are fact-checks made?

Our AI reads published research (from PubMed) and official health guidance, writes a verdict and summary, and lists every source. A second automated check tests the summary against those sources before it is published. Fact-checks are not reviewed by health professionals. See the Terms of Use for details.

Restoring a purchase

If you bought KIDS Unlimited and it isn’t showing, tap the person icon (top right) → Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Tap the person icon (top right) → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, votes and reports.
